If you know what your Zenoti username is

If you already know what your Zenoti username is, follow the instructions that apply to you below.

Supercuts Users

• Enter the company code “Supercuts” if prompted

• Select the Username and Password option
• Your username will be your Zenoti Username plus a prefix following the directions below
  • 🇺🇸 If you are in the US: use "supercuts–" before your username example: "supercuts-zenotiusername"
  • 🇨🇦 If you are in Canada: use "regisca–" before your username example: "regisca-zenotiusername"

• Enter the company code “Education Playground US” if prompted

• Select the Username and Password option
• Your username will be your Zenoti Username plus a prefix depending on your salon brand

If you don’t know what your Zenoti username is

Your Zenoti username is what you use to log in to the Point-of-sale in the salon. If you forgot what your Zenoti username is, you can ask your manager to look it up for you following these steps:

• Log onto the Zenoti portal and navigate to the Employee page
• Select Employees
• Select the name you want to look up the username for
• Navigate to the Login Info section to view the username
